Workshop Timeline: Pause studio & Silvermine beach Workshop Timeline: (please listen to the audio recording before joining ) 9:30-10:15am Earthing stretching on the beach 10:30-12:30 Transcendental Breathwork session at the studio 12:30-1:30pm Integration part 1 at the studio 1:30-2:30pm picnic/take away from Pause Cafe and Integration part 2 on the beach.
