Pause studio & Silvermine beach Workshop Timeline: 8:30-9:30am Q&A on the introduction to Transcendental Breathwork on the boat to Silvermine beach/Mui Wo (please listen to the audio recording before joining ) 9:30-10am Earthing stretching on the beach 10:00-12:00 Transcendental Breathwork session at the studio 12:00-1pm Integration part 1 at the studio 1:00-2:00pm picnic/take away from restaurant and Integration part 2 on the beach.
